The Visionary Network, Inc.'s mission is simply to transform the world. We are purposefully seeking to effectively cultivate, deploy, and continually upgrade all our resources and skills to transform the world by simply transforming lives. We will strategically create and implement initiatives that will stimulate ministries, organizations, and communities. Our mission is to transform the world.

PURPOSE

 

The Visionary Network, will provide and continually develop the most effective means of reaching the lost, establish possibilities and transforming the lives of humanity with intentionality, pastoral care, and the undergirding of Vision. In all our planning, we will stay focused on our core purpose to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ that will reproduce positive results in our society. We are purposed to explore and to experience firsthand the excitement of seeing lives transformed, changed and communities built with promise and purpose by focusing on empowering local churches, ministries, business leaders and communities.

OUR VALUES

Our values define what is essential and important to us. Our values shape who we are, what we do, and how we represent ourselves as being God fearing ambassadors and agents of transformation. Our values determine our distinctiveness and uniqueness as a group of people. Our values also give us our motivation for embracing and communicating what is indispensable and fundamental to us. Our values give us our call to action, overall behavior, success, credibility, and our drive to accomplish our mission and vision.

THE VISIONARY NETWORK CORE VALUES STATEMENT

1. We value and believe that one of the greatest institutions that was ever created is that of the local church. We value the institution of the church of Jesus Christ. We believe that a strong, vibrant, and powerful church of local citizens that are informed and active can change the entire area of influence that they are establish within.

     a. Goal: To develop stronger local churches.

              i.      Objective #1 To create family-oriented ministry activities and teams that will nurture the relationships that make                          local churches and assemblies flourish and prosper.

              ii.     Objective #2 To provide instruction that will increase the faith of local citizens and increase the understanding                            concerning the roles and functions within the local church.

              iii.     Objective #3 To demonstrate the unconditional love of God to all pastors and leaders of local churches.

2. We value strong and compelling leadership. We understand that there is no authentic and long-lasting change if there is no strong, compelling, and visionary leadership. The solution and the answer to the problems of the world and our communities is the ineffectiveness of leadership.

     a. Goal: To empower and encourage leaders to become more effect in their leadership roles and functions.

              i.      Objective #1 To create informational groups and workshop trainings that will provide effectual leadership                                    development and empowerment.

              ii.     Objective #2 To design and create a Leadership Institute that will provide comprehensive accredited leadership                        training in a classroom setting.
